TOURNAMENT FORMATS                              

“Manuel Prado” Cup:  The team tournament will be played over 72 holes in 4 days.  The scores of the two players of the team will be added, and the lowest score for the 72 holes will determine the winning team. In case of a tie, the teams will play a “sudden death” round at the holes indicated by the Committee.
“Carlos Raffo” Cup: The individual tournament will be played following the basis of the “Manuel Prado” Cup.

CADDIES & ERVICES  

Caddie fees and services are US$ 300.00 for each player and covers seven days. In order to complete registration, this amount must be paid upon arrival at the Tournament´s Office :
Monday 28,  from 09:00 hrs. to 13:00 hrs. and from 15:00 hrs. to 17:00 hrs.
Tuesday 29, from 09:00 hrs. to 13:00 hrs.

EXPENSES  

The Club’s invitation includes hotel accomodations, meals, local transportation and range balls. All alcoholic beverages, international telephone calls, laundry cleaning, taxis and any other expenses are not included in the Club’s invitation. Soft drinks and beer, are complimentary at the club only

LOCAL RULES  

The game is ruled by the 2008 R&A Rules Limited and by local rules.

PRACTICE  

During the tournament, players may practice only at the time indicated in the daily Starting Times, which will be published. After each day`s round, practice will be allowed at any time.

STARTING TIMES AND RESULTS   

This information will be published at the Club and Hotel, as well  as the daily and accumulated results.  This  information  will  also   be delivered to the players rooms, and will appear in the website http://www.limagolfclub.org.pe.

AWARDS  

Silver cups will be awarded to the winning and runner up teams of the “Manuel Prado” cup.                                                 
Silver cups will be awarded to the winner and runner up in the individual competition of the “Carlos Raffo” cup.

DRESS CODE  

Tournament requires all golfers to use shoes equipped with non-metal or other non-metal spike alternatives, even during practice rounds. They may wear their shoes with alternative “spikeless” products or other similar product.  Jeans, sneakers or tennis shoes will not be permitted.  Please refrain from wearing a cap or hat while inside the club house at the Lima Golf Club.

PLAYERS COCKTAILS  

The Club will offer a “welcome cocktail” on Tuesday, April 29 at 18:30 hrs. Guests and members are welcome. Players must assist with their club or Association uniforms.
                                                 
Likewise, on Saturday, May 03  after the awards ceremony near the 18th hole, the club will offer a “farewell cocktail”.  Sport wear.

WARNING 
          
We strongly recommend players to drink only bottled water or soft drinks. Tap water in Lima, although pure, is hard water and may create stomach disorders.
